再议提高矿产资源对经济社会发展的保障程度

摘要

促进经济发展转变方式,加快工业化、城镇化、现代化进程,必须有矿产资源做保障.在概述矿产资源在国民经济中的基础地位和先行作用的基础上,针对我国矿产资源工作面临的形势和任务,强调提高矿产资源对我国经济社会发展的保障程度,应着重处理好的5个关系.%Mineral resources are needed to ensure the acceleration of industrialization, urbanization and modernization through conversion of economic development. Based on a summary of the fundamental position and leading role of mineral resources in national economy, this paper emphasizes enhancing the guarantee degree of mineral resources in economic and social development of China and discusses the five relations to be dealt with in conducting the work of mineral resources.
