Information technology is not only an inevitable trend of modern society ,but also provides great opportunities for agricultural development .By introducing smart agriculture ,agricultural development has been pushed into a stage of deep transformation .In addition ,Smart agriculture is an essential way through which the leapfrog development could be achieved in Qinba mountain areas .These areas are enriched in agricultural resources and have certain information technology foundation .Being very close to big smart cities ,such as Chengdu and Mianyang ,Qinba mountain areas are privileged to smart agriculture foundation .Based on the analysis of the existing problems of smart agriculture development of Qinba mountain areas in Sichuan Province ,by taking characteristics of agriculture in mountainous areas into account ,measures relating to developing e‐commerce , establishing large data center ,fostering agricultural talents are proposed in this paper .By seizing the opportunity in Dazhou and Bazhong city ,namely ,smart city construction ,the paper aims at offering some guidance for developing smart agriculture in Qinba mountain areas .%信息化是现代社会发展的必然趋势，也是农业发展的一大机遇。智慧农业是农业发展的深刻变革阶段，是四川秦巴山区农业实现跨越式发展的必经道路。四川秦巴山区拥有着丰富的农产品资源和一定的信息化基础，而且紧邻成都、绵阳等智慧大城市以及有着得天独厚的智慧农业发展基础。在分析四川秦巴山区智慧农业发展存在问题的基础上，根据山区农业特有的特点，以达州、巴中等智慧城市建设为契机，提出发展电子商务、建立大数据中心以及加强农业人才队伍培养等措施，旨在为四川秦巴山区智慧农业的发展提供参考。
