基于网络线索法的耕地质量监测采样野外调查设计

     

摘要

研究一种将人力、物料、时间等资源配置与业务流程设计集成的网络线索法,为耕地质量等别监测采样的野外调查方案编制提供技术支持.按照"先对象定位,再采样调查"的基本线索,以野外调查采样的对象集、事务集为结点,以调查对象遍历的空间路径和调查事务实施的逻辑路径为网络弧段,构建了复合网络模型;在此基础上设计了包括资源需求汇总、事务资源配置以及人员事务调度等内容的模型应用方法;以湖北省阳新县2015年度耕地质量监测为实例进行了方法验证.实例应用说明基于网络线索法可以:(1)梳理耕地质量监测采样野外调查完整的事务逻辑关系,实现调查方案的总体业务流程设计;(2)实现调查人员,包括运输、采样和记录工具的物料资源以及调查时间等3大类要素的需求汇总统计;(3)实现每一个事务结点所需调查人员配置、物料资源的分解及前驱后继传递关系配置;(4)明确每一个调查人员的业务顺序分工、承担事务结点的任务内容与使用的物料资源.网络线索模型显化了事务与资源之间的逻辑关系,可以很好地为耕地质量监测类似的、具有多任务并行特点的野外调查采样的工作实施方案设计提供方法参考.%In order to provide technical support for field investigation planning in cultivated land quality monitoring,this paper aims at designing a Networked-Threads approach to integrate the system of allocating resources such as human,materials and time with business design process.Following the basic order of "locating before investigating",a compound threads networked model was constructed,in which objects of cultivated land monitored and processes of investigation were defined as two types of nodes,i.e.road lines between two objects,besides logical links between two sequential processes were defined as two types of net lines.The relevant application methods for demanded elements aggregating,processes and resources arranging,and specific work of each person assigning etc.were then designed for investigation scheme planning.By conducting verification to the approach adopted by the case of cultivated land quality monitoring project of Yangxin county,Hubei province in 2015,the results illustrated that by virtue of the Networked-Threads approach:(1) the general business processes designing for field investigation planning after teasing out all logic relationships of businesses in cultivated land quality sampling was achieved;(2) three types of demanded elements including investigators number,working time,and material resources like vehicles,digging tools and record tools etc.were summarized;(3) investigators,materials for each process node and delivery order of materials between two neighbor process nodes were assigned and allocated;(4) processes in time order and specific task and materials in each process for every investigator were assigned accordingly.The Networked-Threads model could manifest the logical relationships between the business processes and resources,which can be a good way to design implementation schemes for similar spatial sampling with parallel multi-task like cultivated land quality monitoring.
