全面分析了人口老龄化对我国经济社会发展的正面效应。人口老龄化初期形成有利于经济增长的人口红利期，人口老龄化有利于我国经济发展方式转变、产业结构调整和资本经济发展，同时人口老龄化也是推动我国社会发展和文化发展的重要力量。人口老龄化对缓解人口与资源环境的紧张关系，开发利用人力资本，促进城镇化健康发展和政治稳定也具有一定的正面效应。%This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the positive effect of population aging on the economic and social development in China. It points out that the initial stage of population aging is the demographic dividend period that is conductive to the economic growth. Population aging is also beneifcial to the transformation of economic development mode, the adjustment of industrial structure and the development of capital economy. At the same time, population aging is an important driving factor for social and cultural development. In addition, it helps to ease the conlfict among population, resources and environment, improve the utilization of human capital, and promote the healthy urbanization development and the political stability.
