对上海'9073'养老服务格局的思考

摘要

"9073"养老服务格局建立之初取得较好的效果,为上海养老服务奠定了一个很好的基础.随着老龄化和生育模式的改变,加之现实的推行情况出现不少问题,"9073"养老服务模式已经无法适应上海养老服务新需求.应从建设"3+X"养老模式层面入手,整合养老资源支持家庭养老,以完善养老服务格局.%"9073" old-age service model has achieved good results in the initial stage of the establishment of the old-age service , w hich has laid a good foundation for the Shanghai pension service .With the change of the aging and fertility patterns ,combined with the reality of the "9073"old-age service model ,it is found that it can't meet the new demand of the old-age service in Shanghai . In order to improve the old-age service pattern ,we should start with the construction of the"3+X"pension mode and integrate the endow ment resources to support the family pension .
