一种Vague集矢量相似度量的汽轮机故障诊断方法

摘要

Based on the vague set theory, the author proposed a new vector similarity measure method and applied it to the fault diagnosis of turbine. Through the vector similarity measure value between sampling database and the detecting data of turbine, it can rank the order of the measure values. It means that the bigger the measured value, the higher possibility of vibration faulty of turbine exists. The actual examples have demonstrated the effectiveness of this diagnosis method.%本文基于Vague集理论，提出一种新的Vague集矢量相似度量，并将其运用在汽轮机的故障诊断中，在汽轮机的故障诊断中，通过计算待诊断汽轮机检测数据与汽轮机故障知识样本间的相似度量值，并按计算的相似度量值作出排序。也就是说，计算出的相似度量值越大，表明汽轮机相应于某种振动故障类型的可能性就越大。经过实例诊断验证所提相似度量诊断方法的有效性。
