关于科研机构国际合作工作的思考

改革开放后，国内科研机构的国际交流合作日渐频繁，不仅增加了国际合作部门的工作量，也对国际合作部门提出了新的要求，这促使国际合作部门对如何加强国际交流合作管理进行了思考。结合现代科技的发展以及信息化的浪潮，实现国际交流合作管理的信息化是国际合作部门加强国际交流合作管理的一个新思路，可以促进国内科研机构国际交流活动和国际合作项目的开展。%After the reform and opening-up policy, scientific research institutions' booming international exchanges and international cooperation projects have not only increased the workload the international cooperation department, but also put forward new requirements on the leaded international cooperation department, which lead to the international cooperation department's reflection on how to strengthen its management on international exchanges and international cooperation projects.
