工业催化剂生产的自动控制系统的浅谈

Industrial catalysts wide range of products, requiring complicated, so the control accuracy in the production of automatic control systems have a higher degree of automation requirements. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages for the main means of control PLC, DCS, FCS,MDCS and compare their advantages and disadvantages in the production of chemical catalysts.%工业催化剂的生产对整个化学工业乃至整个的生产业都有着巨大的影响。工业催化剂的产品种类繁多、要求复杂，所以在生产中对自动控制系统的控制精度，自动化程度都有较高的要求。针对主要的控制手段PLC、DCS和MDCS的优缺点进行分析，比较各自在化工催化剂生产中的利弊。
