对渣水除氧器的改造方法的研究及性能分析

摘要

渣水除氧器在化工厂渣水处理中已被广泛利用，但是由于种种原因，诸多除氧器不能保证合格的除氧效果，导致系统腐蚀损害，严重影响设备的寿命和安全运行；再者除氧器有很多缺点，比如结构复杂，运行噪声大，不稳定，喷嘴易堵塞等。针对以上问题，本文提出了一种有效的渣水除氧器的内部结构改造方案，然后对改造后的除氧器进行了性能分析。%The Deoxidize ground water has been taken extensive advantage of the chemical factory ,but because of many factors ,many Deoxidizes can not guarantee the qualified Deoxidize effect, so it causes damage to corrode of the systems and seriously effect the life of the equipment and the safe of running; Furthermore, the Deoxidize has many shortcoming, for example, complicated structures, the noise of running, unstable and the spray nozzle is easily blocked and so an. So this text is aimed at these questions that it puts forwards that Deoxidize ground water is an internal structure of the change , then it again analyses the natural capacity of the changed Deoxidize.
