电力工程招标管理工作相关问题的思考

[Abstract]Power Engineering Bidding has its own characteristics because of its monopoly, profession and high investment. After many years of practice, power engineering bidding has showed problems of lack of guidance and lack of supervision etc. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the bidding efficiency by systemizing construction, elaborate management, and improved quality of personnel.%我国电力工程招投标因电力工程本身的垄断性、专业性和高投资而具有不同于其他工程项目的特点。经过多年的实践，电力工程招投标工作中还存在工作指导性不强、监管不到位等诸多问题。为此，应通过制度化建设，提高精细化管理水平和从业人员素质等多种措施进一步提高电力工程招投标工作的效率。
