基于知识守门者的超集群知识网络自主构建研究

摘要

The research indicates that for the internal and external reasons the cluster knowledge networks will fall into a situation of closing and petrifaction,so cluster knowledge networks should upgrade to super cluster knowledge networks. The article thinks that super cluster knowledge networks is a complicated network that is built by knowledge gatekeeper, beyond the region even beyond the national boundaries and composed by differentiated internal-central network and struc-tural holes.Building the super cluster knowledge networks has great meanings for our Chinese cluster's global knowledge absorption and knowledge diffusion and usage in the clusters.%研究表明，发展中国家集群知识网络演化到一定阶段，往往会因为内外部原因陷入一种网络封闭和僵化状态，对此，必须实现集群知识网络向超集群知识网络的战略升级。对超集群知识网络范围、网络主体和网络开放性特征进行深入分析，认为超集群知识网络是一种跨区域甚至是跨越国界的、由多样化内聚网和结构洞所组成的一种复杂网络结构，而集群中的一类重要异质性主体---知识守门者能在网络构建方面发挥重要作用。以知识守门者为核心构建超集群知识网络，对于我国产业集群知识获取以及集群内的知识扩散与运用具有重要意义。
