基于DEA的西部地区军民融合产业资源优化配置研究

摘要

Due to modern economic and social development as well as national defense and army building ,having a increas-ing demand for resources ,all countries are faced with a shortage of resources pressures .How rational allocation and effec-tive use of civil-military integration of industry resources has become a strategic task .Because of western region is an im-portant defense industry research and production base ,this study collected through civil-military integration for the w est-ern region of enterprise information resources ,established a database ,used DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of re-source allocation military enterprises listed from input redundancy and output deficiency .Then it analyzed problems and the reasons of human resources ,financial resources ,technological resources ,information resource allocation of western region of civil-military integration of industry ,put forward strategies and suggestions to promote western region of civil-military integration industrial resource allocation and provide theoretical reference for civil-military integration of industry development in w estern China .%现代经济社会发展以及国防和军队建设对资源的需求越来越大，各个国家都面临资源短缺的压力。合理配置和有效利用军民融合产业资源，已成为我国的一项战略任务。西部地区是我国国防科技工业重要的科研生产基地，搜集整理了有关西部地区军民融合企业资源的信息资料并建立了数据库，利用DEA 模型评价了上市军工企业资源配置效率，从投入冗余和产出不足两方面，深入分析了西部地区军民融合产业人力资源、财力资源、科技资源、信息资源配置方面存在的问题及其原因，提出了促进西部地区军民融合产业资源配置的对策建议。
