组织惰性与市场知识转移关系研究——吸收能力的中介作用

         

摘要

In order to discuss the mechanism of organizational inertness on market knowledge transfer ,this study constructs the theoretical model of organizational inertness ,absorptive capacity and market knowledge transfer on the basis of revie-wing existing relevant research literatures .A total of 165 valid questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS19 .0 and AMOS17 . 0 statistical analysis software .The results showed that organizational inertness had a significant positive effect on the effect of market knowledge transfer ,and the absorptive capacity had a significant positive effect on the effect of market knowledge transfer .Organizational inertness had a significant negative effect on absorptive capacity and its dimension ,ab-sorptive capacity and its dimensions play a part of the role of organizational inertness and market knowledge transfer .The research results have certain management implications for promoting the transfer of market knowledge among strategic al-liance enterprises .%为探讨组织惰性对市场知识转移的作用机理,在回顾现有文献的基础上,构建组织惰性、吸收能力、市场知识转移三者关系的理论模型.采用层次回归法,通过SPSS19.0和AMOS17.0两种统计分析软件,对165份有效问卷进行实证检验.结果发现,组织惰性对市场知识转移效果有显著正向影响,吸收能力对市场知识转移效果有显著正向影响,组织惰性对吸收能力及其维度有显著负向影响,吸收能力及其各维度在组织惰性与市场知识转移效果之间起部分中介作用.研究结论对促进战略联盟企业间的市场知识转移具有一定启示意义.
