This paper attempts to implement an elements portfolio analysis on business model of the social entrepreneurial organization based on Aravind case, expecting to get a clear understanding on the important influence factor of the value creation process for social entrepreneurial organization, and to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the construct of China' s social entrepreneurial organization. This paper argues that Aravind Eye Hospital * s business model can maintain a balanced double bottom line between its economic and social value creation, not simply on one or some elements of the customer interface, core strategy, strategic resources and value network , but also on the perfect combination of the all the elements.%试图以国外典型的社会创业组织——印度Aravind眼科医院为例,进行商业模式要素组合分析,期望获得影响社会创业组织价值创造过程重要因素的清晰认识,为中国社会创业组织的建设提供理论指导与参考.认为Aravind眼科医院的商业模式能保持其经济价值创造和社会价值创造双重底线和平衡,不是单纯依靠客户界面、核心战略、战略资源和价值网络中的某一个要素或某些要素,而是所有这些要素之间完美的结合.
