In recent 20 years, scholars mainly research enterprise performance of top management team from demographic characteristics, but the results are often lack of stability. This paper reviews the research venation of top management team, analyses the limitations of current research, and puts forward the new perspective of research on interaction. It explores an innovative research way for the research of top management team.
