基于物元理论的西安市住宅建筑节能效果评价

摘要

目前我国新建住宅建筑的节能审查和既有住宅建筑的节能改造已经成为了住宅建筑节能方面的热门课题,而住宅建筑的节能效果评价又是进行新建住宅建筑节能审查和既有住宅建筑节能改造的前提.利用物元可拓理论,考虑影响住宅建筑节能效果的因素,建立了西安市住宅建筑节能效果评价的物元可拓模型,旨在为西安市新建住宅建筑的节能控制和西安市既有住宅建筑的节能改造提供一定的参考.%At present the review on the energy - saving of new residential building and the current energy - saving reconstruction of residential building have become the hot topic in China, and the effect evaluation is the premise for the review and reconstruction.
