基于排队理论和minimax估计的最优信息端口数目的确定

         

摘要

The trade barrier problem is considered when the external enterprises are trying to enter into the internal enterprises. The model is coordinated to decide the suitable pot number that would cost least without involving the time factor, which is based on the internet of the things platform with the help of queuing theory. In this way, the market demanding information is delivered by the platform to the internal and external enterprises. Considering the method may lead to multiple solutions, the waiting and service time are determined again. The queuing theory model is optimized to seek the best platform port number according to the minimax theory which can achieve the information sharing between the internal and external enterprises. Finally an example is analyzed to show that the policy is proved feasible.%针对供应链外部企业进入供应链内部筛选信息时将存在行业壁垒问题.以物联网信息化平台为基础,在不考虑时间影响因素的前提下,借助排队理论,以费用最少为目标建立模型,确定合适的信息筛选端口数目.从而可以保证平台为供应链内外部企业提供及时的市场需求信息.考虑该方法求解的端口数目可能不唯一,应用SGA方法对等待和服务时间进行重新确定;通过minimax估计原理,对排队理论模型进行优化,求得最佳的平台信息端口数目,进而实现供应链内外部行业之间的信息共享.最后通过算例分析,说明该方法的可行性.
