Based on the analysis of the definition, relative development economic trend, features and urgency of Guangdong science and technology service, the paper puts forward three major issues in science and technology in thinking about the important route and trend of developing science and technology service. It is necessary to give supports to the units of product and service creation, to the achievement transformation bases of science and technology infrastructure and independent creation to develop the key tenology of generality.
