The paper considers a supply chain system that includes a single supplier and two retailers. Price and service competition exist between the two retailers. First, in the information completely symmetric environment, the paper studies the members' optimal income of supply chain in the decentralized decision - making situation and centralized decision -making situation by using the information game theory. And in two different decision - making strategies, it gets the result that retailers would choose the same levels of sales price and service. Then by comparing the earnings under the two decisions , it achieves the optimal state of whole supply chain in the centralized decision - making strategy.
