我国医药制造上市公司专利水平与公司业绩协整分析

摘要

This paper empirically analyzes the relationship between invention patents, utility model patents, design patents and enterprises' financial performance, with the help of econometric theories related to cointegration and Granger causality analysis. The results show that there are long -term equilibriums between invention patents, utility model patents, design patents and enterprises' prime operating revenues. Besides, invention patents and utility model patents are the Granger cause of enterprises' prime operating revenues, while, between design patents and enterprises' prime operating revenues, there are Granger causes with each other. What is more, it is the design patent that is making the maximum contribution to the enterprises' prime operating revenues.%运用计量经济学协整分析和Granger因果关系分析相关理论,对我国医药制造行业上市公司发明、实用新型和外观设计专利授权量与公司业绩之间的相互关系进行了实证分析.证明了企业的发明、实用新型和外观设计专利与企业业绩之间存在着长期稳定的动态均衡关系,并且发明、实用新型专利与企业业绩之间存在显著的因果关系,外观设计专利与企业业绩之间存在互为因果的关系,目前我国医药制造行业中外观设计专利对于公司业绩水平的贡献程度最大.
