低碳经济与外贸增长方式转变融合推进研究:以江西为例

To solve global warming and ease pressure on resources and environment, the development of low - carbon e-conomy is the trend. Our country is in a critical period for restructuring economy and changing the mode of foreign trade development. Considering that the developed countries propose to introduce carbon tariffs, which will form a new trade barrier, we should promote the integration of low - carbon economic development and foreign trade growth pattern. This paper, using the method of empirical analysis, analyzes the high carbonation problem existing in Jiangxi s foreign trade , and then puts forward the following strategies of promoting low - carbon economy and foreign trade: strengthening govern-ment policy guidance, paying attention to the environmental costs of development of foreign trade, speeding up industrial restructuring, promoting low - carbon industry structure, optimizing the export commodity structure, accelerating the de-velopment of service trade, improving industrial efficiency and accelerating the transformation of foreign trade growth mode through technological innovation.%解决全球气候变暖,缓解资源环境压力,发展低碳经济是大势所趋.我国正处于经济结构调整,外贸发展方式转变的关键时期,考虑发达国家拟开征碳关税,将形成新的贸易壁垒,研究低碳经济发展与外贸增长方式转变融合推进,促进外贸发展低碳化很有必要.在分析江西外贸发展中的高碳化问题基础上,提出了低碳经济与外贸增长方式转变融合推进的策略.
