利益相关者合作分享企业剩余权的逻辑

         

摘要

In this paper, we set up an enterprise study evolution model. Through the model, we think that enterprise management mode, organizational structure etc. are the result of enterprise evolution. Enterprise should search the key elements about enterprise ecological environment real - time, which will influence the development of the enterprise in future. At the same time, enterprise should modify its management mode and (or) organizational structure, etc. based on the change of key elements. The empirical analysis confirmed that the enterprise study evolution model is reasonable logic to analyze stakeholder cooperation sharing of enterprise surplus, which can avoid the analysis limitations done by orthodox enterprise theory. It also can provide theoretical basis and direction for enterprise to modify its management mode etc.%建立了企业学习进化模型,模型分析认为:企业治理模式、组织结构等的选择是企业进化的结果,企业应该实时搜索企业生态环境中影响企业发展的关键要素,并根据关键要素的改变对企业的治理模式以及组织结构等进行修正.实证分析证实,企业学习进化模型是分析利益相关者合作分享企业剩余权的一个合理逻辑,它避免了正统企业理论分析的局限性,也为企业修正治理模式等提供了理论依据和工作方向.
