在如今的网络经济时代,中国制药企业的核心竞争力已不再单纯地只体现在技术能力层面上了,还表现在企业要打破组织边界,通过各组织间的合作创新从而提升企业竞争力,因此,当企业绩效日益受企业网络能力影响的状况下,怎样去系统培养企业网络能力则成为探讨的焦点.在文献分析和对制药企业的定性案例分析的基础上,分析了企业对于网络能力的构建、维护和利用,发现企业的商业战略和内部技术能力对企业网络能力的影响十分显著.%The competitiveness of pharmaceutical firms is not only related to advance their own technological capability to add value to products and processes, but also linked to develop network competence to combine their organization to other players in the pharmaceutical market to allow interactions beyond organizational boundaries. While the impact of network competence on firm performance has been widely acknowledged, how to cultivate network competence has not been satisfactorily addressed. Based on contemporary literature and a qualitative case study using data of one Chinese pharmaceutical company, we take effort to advance understanding of network competence by studying the establishment, maintenance, and utilization of network. Our results suggest significant effect of business strategy and entrepreneurship. Such findings imply that the understanding and implementation of network competence should be collectively crafted at organizational and personal level.
