关于发挥广州市创新服务功能的对策思考

This article pointed out the connotation of the service function of innovation. Based on the facts of Guangzhou, the article analyzed the reasons about the poor performance of the service function of innovation of this city, and then this article put forward several specific countermeasures, such as: perfect the system of innovation; promote the science integration trend on Pearl River Delta; strengthen the service of supplying innovation resources; increase the governmental purchases to enhance the innovation capability.%提出中心城市创新服务功能的理论分析框架,并在此基础上,结合广州的实际,分析广州市创新服务作用发挥不足的表现及原因,提出健全开发体系、推动珠三角区域科技创新一体化、加强创新资源要素服务、加大政府采购促进自主创新的力度等进一步提升广州市创新服务功能的对策.
