As the copyright industries have become the new productivity of promoting national economic growth, copyright protection is becoming increasingly prominent. Starting with the conception and industry category of copyright industries, the paper elaborates the similarities and differences between copyright industries and cultural industries, and indicates that copyright protection is an important guarantee for the development of copyright industries, especially for the development of the new copyright industries.
