基于熵值法的我国区域创新能力评价研究

摘要

在研究熵值法的应用范围、优点及局限性的基础上，确立熵值法在区域创新能力评价领域的应用价值，并选取我国东、中、西和东北部四个板块的10个典型地区作为研究样本，提取这些地区2008-2010年3年的统计数据，运用熵值法对数据进行处理，得出我国区域创新能力的评价结果，并提出我国区域创新能力提升的相关政策建议。%This paper established the applied value of entropy method in the field of regional innovation capability evalua-tion on the basis of the study on the range of applications,advantages and limitations.Then it selected 1 0 typical areas of the four sections (eastern cities,central cities,western cities and northeastern cities)as the research samples,and extrac-ted the statistical data of 2008-201 0 in these areas.Using entropy value method to the processing of data,the paper ob-tained the evaluation results of the regional innovation capacity in China,and put forward policy recommendations for Chi-na’ s regional capability.
