从外资企业参与英国“知识转移合作伙伴计划”看我国产学研合作

UK emphasizes the commercialization of R&D achievements all the time.On one hand,UK has drawn up series of technology programs relating to the cooperation of universities,industries and research institutions.On the other hand, with the development of globalization,UK continues to attract advanced technology actively.We can clearly observe the combination of the above two tends by studying oversea-funded enterprises’participation to KTP,which is the important cooperation scheme in UK.The research has great implications for China to attract foreign investment and perfect coopera-tion scheme.%英国政府历来对于科研成果的商业化格外重视，一方面为此制定了一系列相应的科技计划，另一方面随着全球化的发展积极吸引世界上先进的科技力量。“知识转移合作伙伴计划”（KTP）是英国重要的产学研计划，通过对外资企业参与英国KTP的考察，可以清晰地看到这两种趋势的高效结合，这对于我国有效吸引外资、完善产学研计划具有借鉴意义。
