基于因子分析的江苏省科技服务业竞争力综合评价

摘要

The paper proposes a set of new science and technology service industry evaluation index system,and selects 13 indexes which reflect the scale and level of science and technology service industry,structure and benefit,ability of service of science and technology,industrial development and environment of development of science and technology,to a certain extent,breaking the previous technology service industry competitiveness evaluation index selection limitations.By use of factor analysis model in Jiangsu province,13 prefecture-level city science and technology service industry competitiveness are evaluated,and policy proposal is offered based on the evaluation results from the regional characteristic development perspective on science and technology in Jiangsu province service industry development.%提出一套新的科技服务业评价指标体系，选取13个指标分别反映科技服务业的规模和水平、结构和效益、科技服务能力、产业发展基础和科技发展环境，在一定程度上突破了以往科技服务业竞争力评价指标选取上的局限。然后运用因子分析模型对江苏省13个地级市的科技服务业竞争力进行评价，并根据评价结果，从区域特色发展的角度对江苏省科技服务业发展提出政策建议。
