金融危机下加贸企业为求生存而谨慎升级。为避免非法人地位的来料加工厂大面积破产带来的社会震荡，2008年东莞开始推动来料加工厂不停产转型为三资企业。危机后加贸企业积极开拓海内外市场，加大投资自主品牌与自主技术，积极转型。东莞加贸企业面临新技术窗口、大珠三角一体化、要素升级等机遇，也面临镇村利益改革与功能区整合等挑战。建议政府在加大对企业品牌与研发的资金扶持以外，更要推动高级城市化，营造自由平等的竞争环境。%The Dongguan ’ s processing trade enterprises upgraded carefully under the financial crisis .Dongguan began to make the processing plant transform to the foreign funded enterprises without stopping production since 2008 .After the cri-sis the processing trade enterprises marketed at home and abroad actively , increased investment on the own brand and pro-prietary technology , and transformed actively .Dongguan ’ s processing trade enterprises face the opportunities of new tech-nology window , the Greater Pearl River Delta integration and the factors upgrading .They face the threats of the reform of town of village interests , the functional area at the same time .The government should not only increase the fund assistance on brand and R&D , but also advance the urbanization and create a free and equal competitive environment .
