当一项新的技术产生,具有不同程度科技创新能力的国家对此技术的研发活动表现是有所不同的,专利信息能够较为客观地对这些现象进行反馈。根据光催化氧化水处理技术相关专利数据信息,采用对比研究的方法,从专利申请年代、专利权人构成、活动年期、专利平均年龄以及专利价值等方面对中美两国相关专利数据反馈信息进行分析。研究结果显示,中美两国科研活动在对新技术的敏感性、创新主体构成、专利质量等方面存在较大差异。%R&D activities of countries with various degrees of science and technology innovation ability may vary when new technologies emerge , which is reflected by related patent feedback information .The paper analyzes the patent data of pho-tocatalytic oxidation wastewater treatment technology in the aspects of patent application year , assignee composition , aver-age patent age and patent value , etc.The results show that there exist huge differences between China and U .S.R&D activities with respect to sensitivity of emerging technologies , innovation entities and patent value , etc.
