Motivated by cloud computing, service providers offer custom products through internet by an extensible way, which brings novel managerial models and approaches to the BPM. Corresponding to the situation, the paper introduces a customized business process model. Then the paper proposes an algorithm of Global Optimal of Dynamic Business Process Selection ( GODPS) based on the Genetic Algorithm in which the business objects are chosen as the optional service nodes. The innovative algorithm, taking an array of business objects as a unit, utilizes the intelligent optimal principle of the Genetic Algorithm to obtain the ideal unit which has the highest fitness. At last, the paper uses an actual case supplied by the famous cloud - computing service provider, SAP, to test and verify the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm.%设计业务流程配制模型.提出业务流程层次定制框架,客户根据本身组织实际情况提出定制需求；开发基于遗传算法的QoS全局最优业务流程动态选择(global optimal of dynamic business process selection,GODPS)实现算法,将业务流程中的业务对象作为业务流程复杂网络中的可选服务节点,选择出适应度值最大的业务对象组合序列；利用著名云计算服务商SAP公司的实际案例验证该算法的正确性和有效性.
