基于Malmquist-DEA模型的北京家禽产业生产效率与技术进步评价

         

摘要

为科学评价北京家禽产业生产效率及技术进步状况,选用Malmquist-DEA模型,对北京肉(蛋)鸡养殖的两种养殖模式作为决策单元,选取能够反映肉(蛋)鸡养殖的投入、产出指标,对北京肉(蛋)鸡养殖的两种养殖模式投入产出的有效性进行了评价.测算结果表明,2005-2009年四种不同饲养规模大部分年份养殖为DEA有效,其投入产出都处于最佳状态,年技术进步速度平均为3.2%,技术使用效率不断上升,生产规模逐渐接近最优规模.%In order to evaluate production efficiency and technological progress on poultry industry scientifically, this paper mainly measures the input and output effectiveness based on Malmquist - DEA model. Some input and output indexes that can be used to reflect current situation of poultry industry in Beijing were chosen. With two breeding models as DMUs, calculation result shows that, it is effective for the four different raise scales during the year 2005 to 2009. The average pace of technical progress is 3. 2% per year. The use efficiency of technology is increasing, while the scale of production is tending to reach an optimum level.
