基于内向程度中心性的企业知识管理能力测度指标甄选研究

摘要

Knowledge management capability is an important component of the dynamic capabilities and the effective measure is getting a growing concern from academia and industry. In the process of measuring enterprise' s knowledge management capabilities, the scientific and rational index system is an important guarantee of effective measurement, the selection of indexes is the basic premise. The paper has utilized the in - degree centrality to select measuring indexes of knowledge management capability by the basic principle of social network analysis in order to promote the formation of a scientific and rational index system of measuring enterprise' s knowledge management capability.%知识管理能力是企业动态能力的重要组成部分之一,其有效测度正引起学界和业界的日益关注.在企业知识管理能力测度过程中,科学合理的指标体系是有效测度的重要保证,而指标的甄选则是基本前提.结合社会网络分析法的基本原理,利用其内向程度中心性对知识管理能力测度指标进行甄选,以形成科学合理的企业知识管理能力测度指标体系.
