认定域、动态竞争与企业横向整合管理模式

摘要

Based on the theories of competitive dynamics,this paper builds a theoretical model of the identity domains and the horizontal integration management model matching with them.We ultimately put forward a result that the enterprises that have the industry identify domains will limit their competitive space in the particular industry and continuously put their resources into the industry to enhance their core capabilities,and then establish competitive advantages of the industry.The enterprises that have the region identify domains will limit their competitive activities in the specific region and attach great importance to regional competition.Moreover,the difference between industry identity domains and region identity domains leads to different management model of two types of enterprises.%以动态竞争理论为基础，构建企业认定域以及与其相匹配的横向整合管理模式的理论模型。研究结果表明，具有行业认定域的企业会将其竞争空间限定在特定的行业范围内，并在其认定的行业内持续投入资源培育动态竞争能力，进而建立行业竞争优势；具有地域认定域的企业会将其竞争行为限定在特定的地域范围内，高度重视地域竞争，持续投入资源构建地方性竞争力。行业认定和地域认定的差异导致企业具有不同类型的管理模式。
