主要创新型国家在华创新舞台上的专利申请态势及其演化--基于1985-2011年发明专利数据的分析

摘要

In this paper,based on invention patent data from SIPO,we try to analyze main innovative countries’patent ap-plication and technical structure.The results indicate that main innovative countries’invention patent applications increase significantly,while the technical similarities between countries continuously reduce.These mean main innovation-oriented countries try to avoid excessive competition in one field.They continue to broaden competition field in order to obtain devel-opment opportunities.%利用1985-2011年国家知识产权局的发明专利数据对9个主要创新型国家在华专利申请态势及其技术结构的演化进行详尽分析。研究结果表明，主要创新型国家在华发明专利申请量增长明显，而各国之间的技术相似性却在不断降低。这就意味着主要创新型国家为了避免在单一领域的过度竞争，不断地拓宽竞争领域，以期获得发展先机。
