基于层次分析法的投标报价项目决策研究

投标报价决策的好坏直接影响企业的效益，该方面的研究是当前工程管理领域研究的一个重要热点问题。通过变压器项目的实际案例，对影响投标报价决策的各因素进行定性分析，并给出一种运用层次分析法进行预投标阶段可行性决策的具体方法，对类似投标报价项目的招投标决策的具体实践提供可借鉴的方法。%Bidding decision-making will directly affect the efficiency of enterprises,and it is an important research topic in the field of project management.Various factors through the actual case of transformer project bidding decision-making are analyzed.A concrete method of AHP is provided for pre bidding stage feasibility of decision-making,which can be used for the reference of similar practice of bidding decision-making.
