基于 DEA 模型改进的我国高技术产业技术创新绩效评价

摘要

This paper studies the innovation performance for China’s high - tech industry in 2011 by using Data Envelop-ment Analysis(DEA),and discusses the reason for less effective allocation from redundant - inputs respectively. Finally, how to improve the innovation performance for China’s high - tech industry has been suggested.%利用数据包络（DEA）模型，对我国2009-2011年高技术产业技术创新效率进行了研究，并从投入过剩的角度对创新资源配置无效的行业进行改进和原因分析，提出改善我国高技术产业技术创新绩效的针对性建议。
