The paper takes optimal organizational performance based on knowledge dissemination as the research object. Considering the influence of knowledge dissemination on organizational performance,the paper deduces the selection bound-ary condition of organic project organization from top to bottom and “small team”.It claims that linear system is the most effective way to obtain organizational performance in inadequate knowledge dissemination organization.In plenty knowledge dissemination organization,linear system is recommended when dissemination efficiency from top to bottom δis low.Head-quarter system is recommended when dissemination efficiency from top to bottom δis high and “small team”dissemination efficiency is low.Matrix system is used when dissemination efficiency from top to bottom δis high and “small team”dis-semination efficiency is higher than dissemination efficiency from top to bottom.%以建设项目常用的机械式组织结构作为建设项目有机式组织结构变化的范围,以知识传播过程中组织绩效最优为目标,基于组织知识传播效率为变量,考虑知识传播对组织绩效的影响,分别推导自上而下的有机式项目组织和存在“小团队”的有机式项目组织结构选择的边界条件。认为在知识传播不充分的组织中,组织选择直线制是最有效的绩效获得方式;而在知识传播充足的组织中,对于组织自上而下传播效率δ较低时采用直线制,组织自上而下传播效率δ较高而“小团队”传播效率δi 较低时采用指挥部制,组织自上而下传播效率δ较高而“小团队”传播效率δi 更高时采用矩阵制,能够更好地适应有机式项目组织的需求。
