中国制造企业服务化现状与特点分析

         

摘要

服务化已成为我国制造企业转型升级的重要途径,对其现状和特点进行分析具有重要的现实指导意义。提出广义服务化的概念,并考虑企业集团化运作特点,利用经营范围分析法,对我国沪深两市 A 股上市制造企业的服务化现状和特点进行分析。结果表明,我国上市制造企业的整体服务化导入率非常高,但不同服务的导入率存在显著差异,同时不同行业、区域、上市年限和上市板块企业的服务化存在显著差异。据此进一步提出相应的政策建议。%Servitization has become an important way of upgrading the manufacturing industry in China,and the knowledge of the status and features of servitization of manufacturing is helpful to accelerate the industrialization process.We proposed the generalized concept of servitization and investigated the status and features of servitization of listed manufacturing enter-prises in China in the method of business description analysis and the scope of organization structure of enterprise.The re-sults showed that there were a high overall ratio and different ratios of different types of service business involved in the ser-vitization of the listed manufacturing enterprises.It also showed significant differences on most of above ratios among the manufacturing enterprises from different industries,regions,listed ages and board.
