广东省科技企业孵化器发展现状及对策研究

摘要

广东科技企业孵化器经过20多年的建设与发展，已成为各类创新要素与资源汇集、融合的重要载体，成为域产业转型升级和经济跨越发展的重要引擎。通过从战略地位、整体水平、发展模式、创业氛围、带动效应等方面全面分析广东省孵化器发展现状及面临的优势、机遇、挑战、威胁，并研究提出广东省未来科技企业孵化器发展对策。%During the 20 years’development,hi -tech incubators in Guangdong province have been the important carri-ers of all kinds of innovative elements and resources and the important engines to promote regional industrial upgrading and economic restructuring.This paper makes a comprehensive research on hi -tech incubators development in Guangdong province from the aspects of strategic position,overall level of development,development mode,entrepreneurial atmos-phere,driven effects and so on,and concludes the advantages,opportunities,challenges,threats that Guangdong incuba-tors face.At last,this paper proposes the development strategy accordingly.
