核电“走出去”中知识产权战略战术研究

摘要

Through the interpretation of the macro -environment,course of development and technology orientation of nu-clear power in China,combined with analysis of the intrinsic and external conditions,this article puts forward a reasonable strategic orientation for Chinese nuclear power enterprises,then cites numerous intellectual property tactics with the purpose of providing theoretical and practical basis for the intellectual property evaluation during the export process of Chinese nu-clear power technology.%通过阐述中国核电的宏观环境、发展历程及技术定位，并结合中国核电的内外部环境分析，在宏观上给予中国核电企业合理的知识产权战略定位，进而列举多种微观知识产权战术形式，以期为中国核电“走出去”过程中的知识产权评议工作提供理论和实践基础。
