Based on the theories of SWOT and PEST,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the intemal and external environment that Guangdong Province will face in the transformation of the database of major scientific and technological achievements,including the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats.The research puts forward the complementary,comprehensive database development strategies such as building resource hub platform through developing market service chain,expanding service mode and taking the commercial service network and so on,.%基于SWOT及PEST理论方法,系统分析广东省重大科技成果转化数据库面临的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁等内外环境影响因素,研究提出“建资源枢纽平台、通市场服务链条、拓商业服务模式和搭全省服务网络”等针对性、互补性和全方位的数据库发展战略.
