通过分析智慧专业化产生的时代背景,结合数据挖掘和GIS,分析智慧专业化在欧洲的实践现状,为我国区域创新活动发展提供三方面建议,即:智慧专业化作为国际区域创新战略新趋势,为区域创新发展提供了新的结构分析体系,为区域优势领域识别提供了新的方法,同时丰富了区域创新驱动发展内涵.智慧专业化不仅有利于实现区域创活动有效性的提升,也能有效避免区际发展模式雷同的问题,是区域创新战略的理性选择.%Through entrepreneurial discovery and knowledge investment,each region will find their own path to develop.The research on the historical background of smart specialization is necessary.Based on the data and materials collected from the website and database,we can have a clear look about the implementation of smart specialization in Europe.Hence,three suggestions can be given to our regional innovation-driven growth development.As a new trade,smart specialization has provided a new structural analysis system for regional innovation development and a notion method for finding the new domain.Smart specialization has enriched the meaning of innovation driven growth,which should be regarded as a rational choice of regional innovation strategy development.
