技术范式的生成与转化境阈及对策分析——基于郑州航空港经济综合实验区建设的技术实践

结合郑州航空港经济综合实验区的技术实践,深入探讨技术范式的生成与转化境域及对策.从外部而言,技术范式的生成与转化是技术的社会形成,适应技术使用者的大众化和国际化,郑州航空港经济综合实验区需要不断推进技术管理的民主化进程;从内部而言,技术范式的生成与转化是技术知识选择和建构的过程,针对郑州航空港经济综合实验区企业技术含量偏低的事实,需要不断加强原创、引进和改进的有效结合.在以上两点基础上,郑州航空港经济综合实验区发展过程中需要把中西方技术文化的深度融合嵌入到技术范式的生成与转化过程中,融合技术时空语境,促进巷区技术实践迈向新高度.%This paper,based on the practical technology of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area,explores the generation and transformation of realm and countermeasure technology paradigm.From the outside,the generation and transformation of technology paradigm is the social formation technology which is adapted to the popularization and internationalization of technology users,and Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area needs to push the democratization process of technical management;From the inside,the generation and transformation of technology paradigm is a process of selection and construction technology,aiming at the fact that Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area Enterprise Technology Content is lov,which needs constantly strengthening the original innovation,the effective combination of introduction and improvement.On the basis of the above two points,Zhengzhou Airport Economic Development of Comprehensive Experimental Area needs to put the Chinese and western culture embedded in the depth of the fusion technology paradigm in the process of the formation and transformation of space-time context fusion technology in order to promote port technology practice towards a new height.
