基于PLC和组态软件的宝鸡中立油库罐区监控系统设计

摘要

该文采用美国罗克韦尔（RockWell）公司-ControlLogix PLC控制系统作为下位机，将其应用到陕西延长中立新能源有限责任公司宝鸡甲醇汽（柴）油调制中心油库罐区项目，实现对储油罐区各个阀门的远程控制，同时完成对储油罐区的液位，温度等参数的监控，完成对油库罐区的罐区工艺流程分析、罐区监控方案设计、监控系统的硬件设计、系统的组态设计与实现，以较低的成本利用PLC控制系统及组态软件实现罐区的监控系统。%In this paper, the American Rockwell (RockWell) Company-ControlLogix PLC control system as the next crew, Shaanxi extend its application to establish a new energy limited liability company in Baoji methanol gasoline (diesel) oil depot tank farm project modulation centers to realize the oil remote Control tank each valve, while the completion of the tank area level, temperature and other parameters of the monitoring, the completion of the depot’s tank tank process analysis, hardware design tank monitoring program design, monitoring, system configuration design and implementation, in order to take advantage of low cost PLC control system and configuration software Tank monitoring system.
