分体式新燃料组件干式贮存架设计研究

摘要

分体式新燃料组件干式贮存架主要用于反应堆换料用新燃料组件入堆前的吊挂贮存，安装在新燃料贮存间内，采用U型钢结构，三面靠墙的布局方案，提高了贮存架结构强度和抗震性。其基体材料为碳钢，表面涂层材料为奥氏体不锈钢，不污染新燃料组件，可长时间免维护，兼顾了强度、制造工艺和耐腐蚀性能的要求。由于采用分体模块化结构，便于分散制造，集中组装，在不破坏整体结构的情况下，通过增加新的贮存模块，提高贮存燃料组件数量，具有占地面积小、安全可靠、操作方便、制造成本低，便于生产制造、安装、调试等特点。%the split-type unirradiated fuel assembly dry storage rack is used to hang and keep the unirradiated fuel assembly before during refueling.It is installed in the fuel storage room,adopts U-type steel,and its three faces is against the wall.This layout can enhance structural strength and antiknock characteristic.The basis material of the rack is carbon steel;the coating is austenitic stainless steel, so the unirradiated fuel assembly can avoid being contaminated.This design meets the strength, process and corrosion resisting requirements,and no maintenance is needed for long time.The split and modularized structure avails to disperse manufacturing and centralize assembly.The amount of the storage module is enhanced without breaking the whole structure and layout.This storage rack has the characteristics of small floor space,good safety,convenient operation and low manufacturing cost,and is easy to manufacture, install and debug.
