能源托管型合同能源管理模式实施路径的研究

摘要

该文分析了合同能源管理模式及其背景,并以能源费用托管型为研究对象,对其实施步骤和实施方法进行了分析,提出了基于技术改造和管理改造的节能设计思路,为能源费用托管型合同能源管理模式的推广提供了参考依据.%Based on the analysis of the contract energy management mode and its background, and energy costs custodian type is chosen as the research object. The implementation method and implementation steps are investigated.Energy saving design ideas of technical transformation and management based on the transformation are proposed in this paper. This work provides helpful references for the extension of energy costs custodian contract energy management mode.
