基于设计院承建EPC工程总承包几个问题探讨

随着我国市场经济的不断发展,EPC工程总承包模式发展速度越来越快。EPC工程总承包是对工程的设计、采购、施工等实行全过程承包。当今,国内设计院也开始承建EPC工程总承包事业。凭借设计院自身的设计优势,设计院承建EPC工程总承包能发挥设计的主导作用。基于设计院本身的特点,设计院承建EPC工程总承包还存在一系列问题。该文主要是对设计院的设计部门、合同管理、人才培养这三个方面所产生的代表性问题进行分析和探讨,提供一些有益参考。%With the development of China's market economy, EPC project general contracting model is faster developed. EPC Project general contracting include design, procurement, construction and so on. Domestic designing institutes have begun undertaking the EPC project general contracting at present. Owning to designing advantage, designing institutes can play a leading role in designing when undertaking EPC project general contracting. There are a series of questions because of character of designing institutes. This article mainly discuss about problems from designing department, contract management, personnel training. In order to solve these problems, this article gives some useful suggestions.
