基于卫星中继技术的无人机遥感网络体系关键技术研究与示范技术总结报告

     

摘要

This issue through establishing a relay satellite-based platform, facing the country in various regions, various applications UAV remote sensing network system, at last implement sharing of UAV information resources, ensure that during the mission the UAV could transport information to all levels of command centers and related user in real time, safely and efficiently, full use of UAV resources, unified scheduling for UAV, provide strong protection for sharing of resource information between UAV applications. Relay satellite link can also be used as an emergency backup link UAV, improve UAV ability to perform tasks in emergency circumstances, enhance the viability of UAS, Improve the function of use. The topic focus on developing UAV relay satellite Ka-band airbome user terminal, relay satellite Ka-band ground user terminal, while developing UAV remote sensing network operation management center, relay satellite UAV applications, UAV remote sensing image data processing system, for the realization of the relay satellite application system link, and UAV data network management, resource planning, operation management, build a nationwide UAV remote sensing network testing system.%该课题通过建立一套基于中继卫星平台的、面向全国各个地域、各种应用的无人机遥感网络系统,最终实现无人机信息资源共享,确保无人机在执行任务过程中将信息实时、安全、高效传输至各级指挥中心及相关用户,充分的利用无人机资源,对无人机进行统一调度,为无人机应用领域间信息资源共享提供有力保障。中继卫星链路还可以作为无人机的应急备份链路,提高无人机在应急情况下执行任务的能力,增强无人机系统的生存能力,提高使用效能。该课题重点研制无人机中继卫星Ka频段机载用户终端、中继卫星Ka频段地面用户终端,同时研制无人机遥感网运行管理中心、中继卫星无人机应用系统、无人机遥感影像数据处理系统,用以实现与中继卫星应用系统的链接,以及无人机数据的组网管理、资源规划、运行管理,构建一个全国无人机遥感网络试验系统。
