This paper introduces the application status of the collection space of domestic and foreign libraries, analyzes the strategies for the high-efficiency utilization of collection space and the construction advantages of high-density storage stacks, and taking Wenzhou Area as an example, expounds in detail the design of high-density storage based co-construction and sharing scheme.%介绍了国内外图书馆藏书空间利用现状，分析了馆藏空间高效利用策略及区域性高密度存储书库的建设优势，以温州地区为例，详细阐述了高密度储藏书库共建共享方案的设计。
